PACT Program

We at TeleNavigators deplore crime overtaking our communities and are focused on helping governments, businesses, and neighborhoods gang up on crime via our Partner Against Crime Together (PACT) program.

This PACT program seeks to unite local businesses, community organizations and residents into a focused partnership. The goal of this partnership is to leverage technology to magnify the effectiveness of financial and human investments in fighting crime. Because of economies of scale, far more can be accomplished as a group than as individual entities.

We target markets that are best able to leverage our technologies to magnify their efforts and confront crime far more effectively. Once we establish interest in an area, we help those interested parties leverage their relationships in the community to aggregate and magnify the results of their collective efforts.

Community video surveillance can force crime out of an entire area of town. This area can then benefit from the investment and re-development that often follows the reclaimation of an area from criminals. The community as a whole benefits from higher property values and a far lower tolerance of criminal activity.
